Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of munkey.company and to work Munkey ("we", "us") does for you, unless a signed proposal or contract says otherwise. If they conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Our services
We design and build software: websites, web and mobile apps, internal tools, automation and AI integrations. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables for each project are set out in a written proposal or statement of work that we both accept.
Payment
Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on an overdue account. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the content, access and feedback the project needs, on time.
- Make sure you have the rights to any material you give us (text, images, logos, data).
- Review deliverables and tell us about problems within the acceptance period in the proposal (10 working days if none is stated).
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the custom work we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work. Open-source components stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention the project and show it in our portfolio.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to do the work. This continues after the project ends.
Concept demos
Concept demos on munkey.company/demo are unsolicited design samples, not official websites of the businesses shown, and are not endorsed by them. They are provided as-is and removed on request.
Warranty and liability
We do the work with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects you report within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Apart from that, the website and deliverables are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to that date, and we hand over what has been completed and paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
